Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

UK Shipping

Orders over £25 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, though this is not guaranteed as delivery times depend on the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and interested in Titan Wash, please get in touch at hello@titanwash.co.uk.

Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@titanwash.co.uk and we will sort it out.
